Housed in the historic Wagner Building at 501-A York Rd in Towson, the York & Penn Fine Art Gallery will proudly sponsor local fine art, host local art communities and provide an excellent environment for living classrooms. With sister galleries in New York City, our mission is to support, and provide a space for the blossoming creative community of Towson.
